Getting to know our clients is the most important part of our process. Once we have talked about goals, plans and pitfalls, the rest is implementation and maintenance as our friendship/working relationship grows. By meeting at least once a year to discuss what’s happening in their lives, we can stay on top of the goals we set at the beginning of our relationship and adapt to the future.
